In this video I will discuss 3 methods for getting a parrot to not be scared of a Training Perch including:
1. Use a similar perch in the cage
2. Let the parrot climb onto the stand from the cage on its own
3. Target train the parrot onto the training perch

Katie here! (The one who submitted the question). I just wanted to tell you that I followed your advice to put your training T-perch inside the cage several days ago. She tested it with her foot a few times over the days, but spooked because it moved a tiny bit… the drama! Five minutes ago, she stepped onto it out of nowhere and decided it is her place to roost for the night and is beak-grinding as I type. This is the start to training that I needed. I appreciate your help so much! You are helping so many birds find their forever home by helping people like me. 🦜

My budgie can't fly😢😢😢. here feather wings are perfectly good and she is very healthy . she was flying very well last year but now when I get her out of the cage she can't fly . I tried to training her to fly for 2 months but she can't . I searched about that a lot but I didn't find anything please please please please please please please please please tell me what to do for her .
