17:35 someone is a Karen, as much as I agree with the emotional support isn't a service animal, it still says service bird and you can't deny a service animal but she did say California doesn't see ESAs as service animals yet they always allow them and continue to let them be a thing.
You make me laugh Carolyn ❤! Taking your parrots to Costco 😂. We were once kicked out of Morongo Casino with our Indian Ringneck parrot😂, it's Distracting for the people to be congregating around you, that's what happened to us. The parrots are beautiful and they cause attention!!!❤❤❤
You should of show the video of the Costco employee to that manager man so he can see which employee was.
