Wow, this was 8 years ago??
What treats are you using. Sunflower seeds?
Hello,
My african grey shows no interest in eating sunflower seeds from my hands. Is there any other snacks that you would recommend?
Do you have to give the bird a treat every time? for example if you want to ask your bird to come so you can take it somewhere and you have no treats with you at the moment, will the bird stop coming to you if you didn't give it a treat that time?
I've watched so many videos about Kasco training and I think yours are the best one of them because you always explain Bird's feelings towards any action so it will stick in my mind and I won't forget it. Thanks 👍🏻 I can't wait to train my own bird 😩
Does this work for all birds?
How do you transport Smoky to/from the outdoor aviary without risking a fly away?
instead of a treat can you use a target stick.
How old is she?
Great training advice!
have you taken her out side
Heyyy I was wondering, does this work with parakeets too?
I've heard a lot of bad about giving them sunflower seeds. What is you're opinion on this; what have you heard, and what do you know?
Hey, mate, would you make her fly outside of your house? Would you trust her? I dont think it is safe, but would like to know your opinion!
I will be getting my African grey soon. my buddy breed them down in Florida. she has eggs in the incubator and will be hatching soon. watching your video really help learn a lot about African grey. You are located in California and I'm also in California hope one day I can check out Smokey.
Smokey is beautiful and smart, and you definitely deserve more subs and views, but that takes time, keep up with the great work.
I'm going to adopt a bird soon, and I am going to assumed it will have clipped wings. I was watching a newer video of yours and I took it as a bird can become unclipped? Can a bird regain its ability to fly? If so, I also read that if you don't teach it to recall or fly, you'll lose it. Can you just kinda explain all of that to me? Thanks for your time!
Wow ur such a good trainer!!!
